Pelican Beach Hotel is a family owned and operated Boutique Hotel on the Islands of North Caicos in Turks & Caicos Islands.   The hotel was founded in 1984 by Native pioneers and entrepreneurs Clifford & Susan Gardiner who wanted to share their passion for living life to the fullest and sharing island culture and traditions with visitors worldwide. The beach front property highlights exquisite views of pristine turquoise water and white sand beaches just 10 steps away from your room.  The Islands itself is small, quiet and friendly.

Our facilities include six Beach Front Room and One Beach Front Apartment all cooled by air conditioning units and ceiling fans. If you feel the need to enjoy a cocktail or cold refreshing drink than you can join us at the Barracuda Beach Bar where we also serve appetizers and freshly cooked Traditional Island or caribbean Cuisine.  Our friendly staff and locals who frequent the bar will tell you all you want to know about the Turks and Caicos history and culture.
